So, let’s start with the tips. They are as follows:
- Trust you partner. Imagine that you undeservedly offend him/her with your distrust. You cannot change anything for the better tormenting yourself with suspicion and doubts – you will only ruin all good things. Your partner may, for example, think that if you don’t trust him/her, then you don’t love him/her anymore, so why should he/she remain faithful? Think about it and stop leading your relationship into a dead end;
- Stop controlling your partner. Excessive attention (for example, the twentieth telephone call to his/her workplace) will only irritate him/her. You shouldn’t put him/her into a state of dependence and micromanage him/her;

- Believe in yourself, in your attractiveness. Love yourself – and you will be loved by others. The attention of the opposite sex is usually attracted by those whose head is held up high and whose shoulders are squared;
- Get yourself something to do. Work or hobby will help you drive away unfounded thoughts about the unfaithfulness of your partner. Think about it in this way: you will get rid of jealousy, deserve respect of your partner and, last but not least:-), will also do something useful!
- Never compare yourself with other people. Striving to achieve what a person you admire has achieved leads to disappointment in your own abilities, to diffidence and, as a consequence, to the development of the feeling of inferiority and to jealousy. So, stop comparing (remember that nobody is ideal, and those who you admire have their shortcomings, too) and make it a routine to think only about virtues of your own character;
- Act as if you were not a jealous person. Don’t respond to the behavior of your partner with reproaches, blame, silence, or sarcastic hints. Instead, if he/she wants to go out with other people, recommend him/her a good restaurant, cafĂ© or movie house; if he/she is talking with another woman/man, join the conversation in a friendly manner, etc. This will help you gain control over incipient jealousy;
- If you, however, didn’t manage to gain control over jealousy using the method mentioned in the preceding paragraph, if it torments you for days or even weeks on end – then speak your mind. Talk with your partner, let hair down with him/her. Tell the truth and don’t be afraid to seem ridiculous. Your partner may even like it – if jealousy is presented in the right way, he/she will once again become convinced that you just love him/her very much.
That’s all I had to say about how not to be jealous. Now, do you remember that I promised to recommend you a solution that would enable you to overcome jealousy as well as other mental or emotional problems in an easy way? The solution in question is special software that transforms your personality through suggestion. The suggestion happens automatically, so you don’t have to spend any efforts – all you have to do is launch the program and sit at the computer doing what you want (the necessary affirmations are sent directly to your subconscious mind bypassing the conscious one, so there’s no need to use your attention).
