-    Engage in some interesting, exciting activities. This method helps if you cannot distract yourself from something annoying. To stop sticking in this irritating thing, you should start doing something thrilling, something breathtaking, silly though it may be. Read a detective novel. Play a computer game. Try to solve somebody’s mystery. You may even spy or eavesdrop on someone. The main thing is that this occupation really gets you. The only caveat is you should do no harm to other people;

-    Relax through physical exercise. It includes but is not limited to: walking, swimming, housecleaning, sexual intercourse, working in a garden, dancing, mopping and manual washing. Choose what you like. It will help you relieve muscle tension and thereby you will get rid of all things related to this tension: worry, stress, frustration, sorrow to name a few;

-    Make contact with water. It is, as it were, a free session of psychotherapy. Wash the dishes, take a shower, have a bath, go to a sauna, and so on.
